Our facility is designed for both short-term respite care and long-term care. We offer 50 beds, provide skilled 24-hour nursing care, personal hygiene, housekeeping services, three meals daily, and rehabilitative services.

All facilities are on one level and designed for handicap accessibility.

​

Under the direction of our Registered Dietician and Food Service Manager, our dietary department serves attractive, nutritious meals and therapeutic diets.

  • Bathrooms have safety handrails by the toilet, large wall mirrors, emergency call lights, vanity with sink.

  • Semi-Private/Shared Rooms start at $242/day

  • Private Rooms with ADA shower start at $252/day

  • Converted Rooms start at $272/day

  • We accept Medicare, Medicaid/Medicaid Waiver, Private Insurance and Individual payments.
