Dawn Walker has 14 years’ experience as a licensed nursing home administrator and has twenty-five years in the long term care industry, serving in every care capacity.

Katie Hoffman, RN Director of Nursing, has spent her whole career in healthcare, starting with obtaining her CNA while in high school.

Amanda Bingham, Medical Records and Transport Manager. Amanda has worked at the Sublette Center since 2007.

Dr. David Burnett rejoined the Sublette County Hospital District staff in 2022 as the Medical Director of both the Pinedale and Marbleton/Big Piney Clinics.

Vikki Seymour, Dietary Director, started working at the Sublette Center in 2000 as an aide.

April Rose, Activities Director, has been at the Sublette Center since 2015. She was hired as a housekeeper, later obtained her CNA certification, and in 2020 became a Certified Activities Director.

Rhonda Egle, Director of Finance, has been with the Sublette Center since August of 2016.

Lara Hayward, Social Services, has been a part of the Sublette Center team since 1998.

Kevin Holsman started working at the Sublette Center in 1998 and is one of the longest serving employees.
